-Furry Oasis is in compliance with COPPA: The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Due to this, You must be at least 13 years of age to use Furry Oasis.

-All artwork on the Furry Oasis site and forums are property of Furry Oasis and may not be used elsewhere without express permission from the owners.

-All donations, either artwork or text, become property of Furry Oasis once submitted. Furry Oasis has the right to use these submissions when and where we see fit, be it Furry Oasis itself or an affiliated site.

-Uploading artwork that does not belong to you is not permitted. You will be banned from Furry Oasis and we will take action to inform other sites of your theft.

-Any artwork given to another user on Furry Oasis cannot be taken back once given. However, should an artist decide that they no longer want their artwork on the Furry Oasis site, the staff will stop accepting poses from that artist.

- Any poses involving copyright characters (pokemon, halo, disney, movie characters) in their entirety are not accepted. Your character may have a costume that makes them appear to be like that character, but a plush of them will not be allowed unless it only bears a faint resemblance to the character.

-Furry Oasis will not be held responsible or liable for the actions of it's users. Use of services provided by Furry Oasis are at the users own risk.

-By creating an account with Furry Oasis be it on the forums or the site itself, you agree to our terms of use.

-Our rules and regulations are subject to change from time to time without notification. It is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves up to date.

-Furry Oasis is not responsible for any user to user transactions. We will not reimburse users for bad transactions be they monetary or art related.

-All user information, including chat logs will be kept confidential. Only the owners of the chat have access to such information.
